Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure email filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mail accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just choose the email account you wish to forward emails from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
